FCC proposes $10M fine for two Lifeline providers

The FCC has proposed $10 million in fines for AirVoice Wireless and TAG Mobile. The regulator accuses the carriers of claiming Lifeline support multiple times for the same subscriber, false certification of reimbursement requests, wire fraud and false statements.
