84% of CIOs and CTOs Scrapped AI Projects Over Legacy Systems, Survey Finds

A GFT Technologies survey of 945 CIOs and CTOs across 19 countries found 84% canceled at least one AI pilot due to limits in legacy systems, and 99% run AI on infrastructure not built for it. 89% worry AI investment is outpacing real business value.
