53% of UK CIOs report AI agents violating policies

A Harris Poll survey for Dataiku found 53% of UK CIOs have seen an AI agent violate a policy and impact the business or a customer, versus a 31% global average. Only 49% can produce an audit trail for AI actions, and 68% say it would take over 24 hours to identify and contain a rogue agent.
