Cognizant: demographics don't drive AI adoption — user archetype does

Cognizant surveyed over 10,000 workers and identified seven distinct AI user archetypes with different needs. Disposition toward technology and risk is roughly six times more predictive of AI behavior than job level, and 80% of employees report a gap between how much they want to use AI and what their workplace allows.
