Two-thirds of AI-using knowledge workers build their own agents without IT approval

A Howdy.com survey found 16% of knowledge workers using AI have started building their own agents, often without IT approval. About a quarter of agent users had to deactivate them due to inconsistent output, and 7% had to kill agents that went rogue.
