Aerospace industry pushes back on SpaceX-backed spectrum coordination overhaul
Aerospace and defence groups are opposing a SpaceX-backed proposal by the Commercial Space Federation to replace third-party frequency coordination for rocket launches with direct coordination and an automated database. A coalition warned the FCC the changes could increase harmful electromagnetic interference for safety telemetry.
