Forecall open-sources a linter for MCP tool descriptions

Forecall has published forecall-cli on GitHub under Apache-2.0, a tool that scores MCP tool descriptions across six criteria. A scan of 46 popular Smithery servers found that 769 of 1,118 tools (69%) never state when to use them.
