Microsoft confirms Copilot+ PCs are alive, getting Hybrid Intelligence

At its October 7 event, Microsoft said over 40% of business laptops are Copilot+ PCs, shipping in tens of millions a year. The platform gains Hybrid Intelligence, letting Copilot run some tasks on local models and others in the cloud to cut token usage.
