LG Energy Solution secures 240,000 tons of Canadian lithium concentrate

LG Energy Solution signed a long-term supply deal with Elevra Lithium for 240,000 tons of lithium concentrate from the North American Lithium mine in Quebec. Deliveries start late this year over four years, equivalent to about 30,000 tons of lithium hydroxide — enough for batteries in roughly 700,000 EVs.
