EU Space Act: single rules for satellites and launches
The European Commission has proposed the EU Space Act, setting EU-wide rules on safety, resilience and sustainability of space activities. CCIA estimates LEO satellite costs would rise 10–46% and EU demand fall 18–48%, while PPI sees €245M in lost revenue and €100M in lost profits annually.
