Micron launches 512GB DDR5 RDIMM running at 9200 MT/s

Micron has unveiled 512GB DDR5 RDIMM server memory delivering up to 9200 MT/s while drawing just 16 watts per module. Volume production is expected in the second half of 2027 after validation with AMD and Intel.
