Montage Technology Mass Produces DDR5 CKDs at 9200 MT/s and 8000 MT/s

China's Montage Technology has begun mass production of its next-generation clock driver chips: the CK01P for mainstream DDR5 modules at up to 9200 MT/s and the RCD05 for enterprise RDIMMs at 8000 MT/s, an 11% gain over the previous RCD04.

• CK01P complies with JEDEC DDR5CKD01 and targets 9200 MT/s
• RCD05 for server RDIMMs reaches 8000 MT/s, 11% faster than RCD04
• CK01P supports single PLL, double PLL and PLL bypass modes
• Chips target CUDIMM, CSODIMM, CQDIMM and CAMM modules
