Skydance to merge Paramount and Warner Bros. game studios into one unit
Following Paramount's $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, Skydance will merge Warner Bros. Interactive with the newly formed Paramount Games Studio. The division will be led by Tony Driscoll and will oversee IP including Avatar, South Park, Mortal Kombat, Game of Thrones, Star Trek and DC.
