Shinsegae Backs $1 Billion Warner Bros. Acquisition
Shinsegae Group is investing $1 billion in the Warner Bros. acquisition alongside Paramount Skydance and RedBird. The retailer plans to use Harry Potter and Game of Thrones IPs across Starfield malls and its Starbay City theme park, and may link HBO Max to its membership programs.
