Advantest confirms personal data stolen in ransomware attack
Japanese chip-test equipment maker Advantest confirmed that personally identifiable information was stolen in a February ransomware attack. The company did not disclose how many people were affected and is offering 18 months of free identity monitoring from Kroll until January 4, 2027.
