Amazon to pay up to $200 to Prime subscribers under $2.5B settlement
The FTC says Amazon is still processing a $2.5 billion settlement over misleading Prime enrollment and cancellation practices. More than $845 million in refunds have already gone out, with payments continuing through April 2027 via PayPal, Venmo, or check, automatically.
- Payments are automatic, with no forms to sign
- Maximum payout is $200, though most will get less
- Eligibility: US Prime subscriber between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025
- Used no more than 20 Prime benefits in any 12 months
