Karnataka signs MoU with ElevenLabs for Voice AI services

The Karnataka government signed an MoU with voice AI company ElevenLabs to explore Voice AI for citizen services and social impact. The partners will build a Voice AI safety framework covering deepfake detection, audio provenance and voice cloning consent, and offer free lifetime licences under the One Million Voices programme.
