Zopa moves into AI voice banking services

UK digital bank Zopa, with more than 2 million customers, launched the Ask Zopa voice AI assistant for transfers, bill payments and money management. Built on its own AI platform and agent architecture, it is available to all current account customers.

• Users can photograph a bill and instruct payment by voice
• AI remembers preferences and personalizes the customer experience
• Technology tested and rolled out to all current account customers
