India's data centre sector draws $173B in investments since 2021: CBRE

India's data centre sector has attracted about $173 billion in investment commitments since 2021, including roughly $38 billion in January-June 2026 alone, according to CBRE. The market added about 130 MW of capacity in the first half of 2026, with over 200 MW expected to go live in the second half, potentially reaching 2 GW of installed capacity by year-end.
