Forescout: Most Medical Devices Cannot Support PQC Transition

A Forescout analysis of over 2.5 million devices across 50+ healthcare organizations found that only 6% of IoMT and 16% of medical OT devices run SSH implementations capable of supporting a post-quantum cryptography transition, versus 50% of traditional IT devices. Of 5,500 internet-exposed systems, just 31% support TLS 1.3, leaving healthcare data vulnerable to harvest-now, decrypt-later attacks.
