Posco Future M signs 6 trillion won LFP cathode deal with Samsung SDI

Posco Future M has signed a long-term battery materials supply contract with Samsung SDI, including LFP cathodes, worth about 6 trillion won. LFP cathode volumes for 2027–2032 were more than doubled from the 190,000 tonnes agreed in August. The partnership expands from NCA to LFP, with LMO cathodes and artificial graphite anodes to follow.
