U Mobile hits 90% 5G coverage in Malaysia, 9 months ahead of target

U Mobile says its ULTRA5G network now covers 90% of populated areas in Malaysia, meeting its July 2027 target more than nine months early. The operator passed 80% CoPA in March 2026 and 85% in July after exiting Digital Nasional Berhad.
