DNB secures RM5.2bil financing for next phase of Malaysia's 5G

Digital Nasional Berhad has completed a RM5.2 billion syndicated Islamic term financing and secured a 15-year spectrum assignment covering 240MHz. MOF Inc will exit as an ordinary shareholder but retain a special share, while CelcomDigi, Maxis and YTL are expected to hold equal stakes, with the transition set to complete in early Q4 2026.
