Diablo 4 Season 15 increases Mythic drop rates and adds more loot

Blizzard released a patch for Diablo 4 as part of Season 15: unique items are now available from level 1 on all difficulties, and Mythic drop chances are increased almost everywhere. Defeating Echo of Mephisto guarantees one Mythic item.
