Anthropic moves Cowork to cloud VMs for inference and sandboxing

Anthropic has updated Cowork so that model inference and the VM now run in the cloud, with each session getting its own isolated sandbox that shares no state with others. File access on the user's device is handled by the desktop app, removing local disk and battery costs and letting work continue from a phone.
