Telkom Moves Over 90% of Network Under InfraNexia in Wholesale Fiber Spin-Off

Telkom Indonesia completed the second phase of its wholesale fiber spin-off, transferring more than 90% of its network infrastructure, including 112,000 km of fiber and 26,000 km of submarine cable, to subsidiary InfraNexia. The two-phase deal is valued at about Rp85.7 trillion, with InfraNexia's external customer revenue up 31% year over year to Rp939 billion in H1 2026.
