Inside the robotaxi: Cybercab chips, cameras and wireless charging
eeNews Europe detailed the Tesla Cybercab's hardware: dual 4nm Samsung SoCs with 64 GB of memory and ~450 INT8 TOPS, eight Sony IMX490 5.4 MP cameras, and end-to-end latency of 72–97 ms within a 100 ms safety limit. Inductive charging delivers 25–35 kW at 92–94% efficiency, while the US now has 4,358 robotaxis, 4,000 of them Waymo's.
