Jera, Dell, Rhaelm to build 400MW behind-the-meter AI site in Japan for $15B
Jera, Dell Technologies and Rhaelm signed an MoU to develop national-scale AI infrastructure in Japan. The first project is a behind-the-meter data center of up to 400MW at Jera's Chiba thermal power station, targeting operations around 2028 with about $15 billion in investment.
