Dell, Jera and Rhaelm to build $15B 400MW off-grid AI data center near Tokyo

Dell, Japan's Jera and UK-based Rhaelm are partnering on a $15 billion off-grid AI data center and gas power plant near Tokyo. The 400MW facility is set to begin operations around 2028 and will be among Asia's largest projects outside China.
