Dell AI Factory Passes 6,500 Deployments; Omdia Finds 79% Hit an AI Incident

Dell says it has delivered more than 6,500 AI Factories to customers across nearly every industry. Commissioned Omdia research found 79% of organizations had an AI-related incident in the past 12 months, including agentic failure modes, while 95% remain confident in managing AI risk.
