iOS 27.2 adds Longevity tab, five new Siri languages and spatial audio in Voice Memos

Apple detailed iOS 27.2 features: the Health app gains a Longevity tab with a "Health Age" metric powered by Apple Intelligence, while Siri adds an Excluded Apps section and support for French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.
