Samsung reportedly to buy TV DRAM from Winbond starting 2027

Samsung Electronics plans to source DRAM from Taiwan's Winbond Electronics starting in 2027 and may use it in about half of its televisions, The Bell reported, citing industry sources. The move comes as supply of legacy memory tightens.
