Goodman raises $455M for Hong Kong data center partnership

Goodman Group raised $455M for the Hong Kong Data Centre Partnership. The funds will mainly go toward engineering and electrical fit-out of the Goodman HKG10 data center in Tsuen Wan, which will open in early 2028.

• First capacity at the site will come online in early 2028
