Efinix Sapphire RV64 brings 64-bit RISC-V and Linux to FPGAs

Efinix announced Sapphire RV64, a configurable 64-bit RISC-V soft SoC for Titanium, Topaz and Trion FPGAs (T20 and up). It supports up to four RV64IM cores, L1/L2 caches up to 512KB, an optional SV39 MMU for Linux and external DDR3, HyperRAM and LPDDR4x memory at up to 3200Mbps.
