CERN releases "colibri" open VHDL library for FPGA

CERN has published colibri on GitLab, a VHDL library with over 100 components, functions and procedures to speed up FPGA development. The library is vendor-independent, tested on multiple platforms, and includes self-checking testbenches and formal verification.
