Leak: entry-level iPad to get A19 chip, 8GB RAM and Wi-Fi 7
According to MacRumors, Apple's next entry-level iPad will skip the A18 and use an A19 chip, plus the N1 networking chip and C1X modem on cellular models with Wi-Fi 7 support. 8GB of RAM enables Siri AI but not the most advanced on-device models, which need 12GB. A spring 2027 launch is expected with no redesign or display changes.
