Tech advocates file SC petition against NTC, DICT, CICC over Discord block

A group of tech advocates led by BetterGov.PH filed a petition with the Philippine Supreme Court against DICT, CICC and NTC over the September 23 blocking of Discord. Petitioners argue the agencies cannot shut down online platforms without judicial process.
