General Compute signs multi-year deal to deploy Cerebras wafer-scale hardware

AI cloud startup General Compute has signed a multi-year agreement to deploy Cerebras' wafer-scale AI hardware on its cloud platform starting in Q1 2027. General Compute will finance the systems and sell the resulting inference; it is the company's largest single hardware commitment after raising $400 million in debt financing in July.
