China's Token Resellers Fuel an Anthropic Gray Market

The Information reports that six of roughly 30 tenants in a single office building in Beijing's Haidian District sell Chinese customers access to Anthropic's Claude and other U.S. AI models. Anthropic does not offer services in China for national security reasons and has accused Chinese AI labs of an industrial-scale campaign using fake or stolen accounts and cards.
