JPJ To Suspend MyEG, Zetrix AI Services From 5 October 2026

Malaysia's Road Transport Department (JPJ) will suspend MyEG and Zetrix AI as its collection agents from 5 October 2026 over unfulfilled contractual obligations. Zetrix AI reportedly owes more than RM200 million in vehicle road tax, licence renewal and summons collections.

• Suspension takes effect at 12:01am on 5 October 2026
• Existing KPP01 test bookings remain valid
• New KPP01 bookings must be made at driving institute test centres
• Zetrix AI reportedly owes JPJ over RM200 million
