Samsung to shut down SmartThings Tracker service on October 31

Samsung has confirmed it will discontinue the Tracker feature in its SmartThings app on Android and iOS on October 31, 2026. From November 1, location checking and notifications for tracker devices, including Galaxy SmartTags, will stop working. The trackers themselves remain usable via the Samsung Find app.
