U.S. Sets $21/kg Minimum Import Price on Polysilicon From Dec. 4

The U.S. will impose a $21 per kg minimum import price on polysilicon under Section 232 starting Dec. 4. With Chinese polysilicon at about $5.4/kg, the measure erodes its price advantage and benefits non-Chinese suppliers such as OCI Holdings.
