Photon raises $4.5M to replace mobile apps with messaging agents
Photon, a startup helping developers build AI agents that run over iMessage and WhatsApp, has raised $4.5 million in seed funding. The round was co-led by Gradient and A*, with participation from Vercel, HongShan and others. The company says it has over 40,000 developer sign-ups and grew revenue 10x in four months.
