Kubernetes 1.37 Garhwal: HPA Scale-to-Zero, Gang Scheduling, 18 Removed Kubelet Flags

Kubernetes 1.37 "Garhwal" ships with 67 enhancements, 16 reaching Stable. HPA can now scale workloads to zero replicas in Beta, Gang Scheduling for AI/ML jobs enters Beta, and the metrics.k8s.io API graduates to stable after nine years. The release removes 18 kubelet flags, drops IPVS in kube-proxy for nftables, and requires containerd 2.x.
