Micron sues YMTC, alleging poached engineers and stolen NAND tech
Micron has filed a lawsuit against China's YMTC, accusing it of poaching its leading engineers, illegally obtaining its 3D NAND know-how, and using that information to build its own memory products and patent portfolio. Micron also alleges YMTC uses patents granted to its former employees to accuse Micron of patent infringement.
