Pixel 11 gets VoLTE in unsupported markets via GSMA NSX

Google has enabled VoLTE on Pixel 11 phones in markets without official carrier support, using the GSMA's Network Settings Exchange hub. The feature is limited to Pixel 11 and newer, must be turned on manually, and VoWiFi and VoNR remain functionally disabled for now.

• VoLTE confirmed for China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and CSL Hong Kong
• Support limited to Pixel 11 and newer, no update planned for older Pixels
• VoLTE must be enabled manually in settings while Google monitors network quality
• VoWiFi and VoNR settings are prepared via NSX but remain functionally disabled
