Braze adds AI agents and governance standards to its marketing platform

Braze announced Decisioning Studio Go, a self-serve AI decisioning tier for email journeys, plus Agentic Standards for automated campaign QA, BrazeAI Operator, and Conversational Agents for WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and web. Operator Connect, an MCP server, lets marketers use Braze inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.
