ESA taps CGI and OVHcloud to build Digital EO storage for 500PB of Earth data

The European Space Agency has launched Digital EO, its Earth Observation Information System, with OVHcloud providing cloud storage and compute and CGI handling project management. The system is expected to hold 500PB of Earth observation data by 2035, starting deployment in Italy, France and Germany and serving researchers, businesses and citizens across Europe and the UK.
