Playing both sides of the U.S.-China AI “Cold War”

Saudi Arabia unveiled the Arabic model Humain-m3 based on China's open MiniMax system, even as it builds AI infrastructure with Nvidia. Brazil split $444 million between Huawei with iFlytek and Nvidia, and Malaysia is considering Huawei Ascend 910C accelerators.
