Pegasus drone flies 75 km on a single lithium-sulfur battery

An Australian drone named Pegasus with a 5-meter wingspan flew more than 75 km in nearly two hours on a single 382 Wh lithium-sulfur battery pack from Li-S Energy. The project received over AUD 1.35 million in matched government funding, with future models targeting 5–8 hours of flight and up to 250 km range.
